If you're a teen, you may want to keep your skincare routine very simple. This is the decade when you will experiment with makeup. This can lead to lots of new acne eruptions and allergies. You want to keep your skincare very simple. And remember to always use sunscreen. so let's start

 oily skin

From oily skin. Okay, so if you have oily skin, what should you do? First, you have to use a gel-based moisturizer. So you can use either Accelerate Acrophy Oreza or (Nutrigeno oil) free moisturizer. These are very mild gel based and you will be able to tolerate them better. Okay, so apply this moisturizer twice a day. Once in the morning after washing the face and once at night before sleeping.

 face wash

You also need face wash. So you want to go for a (salicylic acid) or (benzoyl peroxide) based face wash. If you have oily skin, start with a salicylic acid facewash once a day. If you can tolerate it and it does not dry out your skin excessively, you can use it twice a day. You can also use (benzoyl peroxide).

 sunscreen

If you have acne options, you want to use sunscreen. Use a gel-based sunscreen. There are some good sunscreens (Avenged Dry Touch Sunscreen Sun Coat Gel Sunscreen) (Acne UV Gel Sunscreen Sunstone Silk Sunscreen) Okay, so these are lightweight sunscreens that will sit well if they are oily. Skinned teenagers neglect their diet. So if you have oily skin, you want to stay away from sugary milk products. so milk aggravates acne. You want to reduce the consumption of dairy products if you want to control your acne. A lot of teenagers suffer from acne. So there are a few things you can do besides using (salicylic acid) or (benzal peroxide face wash).

You can also use (benzo peroxide) or (salicylic acid gel) on the affected areas at night so it will help reduce your acne. You can also use a small amount (Adaptive Zero 1% Gel) at night and apply topically (gel-based moisturizer). Remember, don't pick your acne. The more you pick your acne, the worse it gets. If you pick your pimple, it pushes the pimple deeper and this leads to a larger nodule or supporting formation that can leave behind a scar.

 Care of skin

Also, removing acne leaves behind dark spots that take months to resolve. So you want to avoid picking at your acne. If you have oily skin, make sure you keep your skincare very simple. All this vitamin C, serum niacinamide, acrylic acid, and everything else you see online doesn't need to be applied. There is no need for all this if you just use these basic products which should be more than enough to keep your skin nice and healthy. If you have moderately severe acne, always consult your dermatologist and seek appropriate treatment.

Teenagers ignore their acne realizing that it is a part of this age and as you get older, it goes away, and then they have to face a lot of scars and dark spots. So please take your acne seriously and take proper opinion and proper treatment to avoid scar formation which will remain on your skin for life long. So if you take proper treatment, you will avoid the occurrence of scars.

  moisturizer skincare

What can you do if you have dry skin? (Moisturizer is the most important part of dry skincare) routine, so you can use (Venacea Dome Emotion Cream, Biodoma Etoderm Cream, or Physiogel). These are good moisturizers. You can use these on the face, neck, and even the body. You can also use (coconut oil) all over your body after bathing. To keep your skin hydrated, you can look for ingredients in your moisturizer (like paracrine, cocoa butter, and shea butter) and always use a thick moisturizer that stays on your skin longer.

Because you sleep with the air conditioner or fan on, it dries out the skin, so you want to moisturize properly before going to bed. Therefore, you will not only apply a thick layer of moisturizer on your face before sleeping in the morning but also at night. Try not to set the temperature of the air conditioning too low or sleep directly under the fan as this can also lead to excessive drying of the skin.

 Makeup

If you have started using makeup, you may want to use (almond oil) or (coconut oil) to remove the makeup. So you can use a small amount of any of these oils on a cotton pad and very gently rub your skin with it. Try to remove makeup and after that,t you can use a (gentle cleanser). This way you can avoid any harsh makeup removers that can dry out your skin. So which face wash to use? If you have dry skin, you can use a non-foaming face wash. Foaming face washes usually cause a lot of dryness, so you want to avoid that. So you can use (episode) or (citrusy face wash). These are generally very gentle on the skin and do not make your skin dry.

Try to stay away from scrubs.

I know scrubs can be very tempting, especially when you have dry skin. You feel that if you apply (Linger Scrub), it removes the dead skin sitting there on top of your skin and leaves you feeling refreshed and your skin looking soft and supple. But please stay away from scrubs as it simply dries out your skin excessively and can cause a lot of irritation.

If you have dry skin then you do not need to clean your face at all. Avoid using hot water. Try washing your face with only lukewarm water to avoid excessive dryness.

So which sunscreen do you use? You can use sunscreen (cream formulation) which has an SPF of around 30. So use sunscreen which is either on cream or lotion base. So are some good sunscreens (Rivella Lotion Lashes sunscreen) are some really good sunscreens or Neutrogena in the oven

Try to have a diet that is rich in omega-three and six fatty acids, then you can take some nuts and flaxseed,s, and chia seeds. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can have some seafood as well. So what can you do? If you have normal skin? You are the luckiest, so you usually tolerate most products very well but see if you have normal skin. Also,o try to stay away from very thick creams and moisturizers.

This can lead to acne, especially around your periods. That's why you want to use a gel-based moisturizer. You can use either (Acrophy) or (Accelerate) or (Amulet Cream). These are good.

If you have normal skin, apply it twice a day. After washing your face, remember to always use a gel-based moisturizer. This will not make your skin too oily and will also prevent your skin from getting dry. Apply makeup properly before going to bed. So you can use (almond oil) or (coconut oil) to remove your makeup, after which you will use a (foaming face wash) to remove debris. After that you can apply gel-based moisturizer).

That way your skin won't dry out and your pores won't get too clogged, so you won't develop acne eruptions. You can use one conforming gentle face wash) twice a day (Cetacell) or (episode face wash) works for you. You can also use (Clean End) (Clear Face)

Try any simple face wash. Try to avoid face washes that have a very faint scent or color that can irritate your skin. So sunscreen should be a gel formulation and an SPF of around 30 is more than enough. You have to apply it every 2 hours when you are outside and indoors at least twice. Hence use of sunscreen regularly and reapplication is very important. To protect your skin from the sun. You can use (Rivella Gel Sunscreen) (Lash Shield Sunscreen) or (Sunstop Silk Sunscreen).

Your diet should contain rich food in omega-three and omega-six fatty acids, therefore You can take nuts, flaxseed, and chia seeds. And if you are a non-vegetarian, you can include seafood in your diet. Try to reduce your milk and sugar intake, especially around your period or before any occasion, as stress, as well as a lot of sugar and dairy products, can aggravate acne. Even if you have normal skin, you may sometimes feel like you are developing acne so then you can avoid sugar and dairy products. so there you go. A simple skincare routine for all my young audience.

So once again I want to reiterate that you want to keep your skincare very simple. Please don't be fooled by all these advertisements which are motivating you to buy these skin care products and there is no need to stack one skincare product over another. The skin needs a minimal amount of products as it is youthful. It is producing a good amount of oil as it is.

Take care of the skin in your teens. So just enjoy good skin and don't try to go overboard with skin care. There is no need to follow all these very complicated routines. And you don't even need to use a toner regularly. Just use a face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen, and a good, healthy diet. Try to exercise as often as possible, at least three times a week.
